Symptons of a faulty throttle position sensor?
Hi guys i'm driving a 06 gs300.Recently found the car to have sluggish acceceration and gearchanges..On light throttle inputs the car would be very jerky.I had just gone for the 80k km service, changed my spark plugs, atf and differntial oil. What is wrong with my car?Could it be the TPS that's causing the problem? On the other note, how do i reset the ecu? Thanks in advance for the help...

Try cleaning your MAF sensor, might help!
Bad TPS you should see your car idle higher than normal, depending of course.
If it was TPS your car should eventually end up in limp mode and throw a CEL light, very rare to see this on a 3GS though, doubt it would be TPS but you never know!
Get it checked out, just to make sure!

Didn't sound like a TPS problem!
Any Autostore should have the MAF cleaner, pic and description in link below!

I know a couple 335i owners who blew Turbos cause the K&N screwed the MAf sensor which then screwed the twin-turbos over, hahahahah
edit:
What IS generally happening with tuned 335's is, peopel are not watching how much PSI they are boosting. They are putting on piggybacks without boost gauges and hoping they work correctly. As a result, a lot of people are running more boost then intended. Because of this, the compresser wheel is spinning way too fast and basically shredding. Now what happens to this is the shredded blades on the wheels are sucked and fly into the engine and just start to tear things apart.
Im not saying this is the only case, but this is what has been happening to 335's.

There was probably too much oil on the filter itself. MAF sensors are very sensitive.
If you run a K&N clean your MAF each time you change the filter or if you have your stock intake I would just buy a Blitz Dry Hi-Flow drop-in intake!
