Yokohama ADVAN A10B tires and your replacement
For those that had problems with their Yokohama ADVAN A10B tires, did they look like this?

If so, did the same thing happen with your PS2 or other replacement tire?
Thanks

Have you had it aligned recently? You should posts the specs so we can look at it. My first thoughts are the combination alignment and the size of the open shoulder are causing it to cup like that.

see cupping section. lines up with what I was told that cupping in most cases is not an alignment issue. The ware is not smooth like alignment issue. And I do not see how a 60k car with only 30k miles can have bad struts or other on both sides. Do bad tires do this?

I have to agree with mitsuguy over in the tire forum. It's a combination of tread design with the alignment. If there is a excessive amount of toe in/out and you have a open shoulder like that the edge of the open shoulder will wear faster. Keep in mind if you're a bigger guy like me, I'm 6'3 and just over 200lbs, the toe changes when you sit in the car so if it's possible I'd take it to an alignment shop that will align it with you sitting in the car. The worst part of tire wear is it's hard to counteract so once it's there it's there. You're only permanent solution will be different tires and good alignment.
