thanks for the pics of the clear office depot looking mats. i will def be going black oem all weather or carpet mats.

 

I had the clear "rolling office chair" mats in my 2gs............looks way cheap

just put the lexus all weather mats in my new gs with ash interior and it looks awesome! (jusut like the picture posted above)

i think it actaully makes the interior look better......the way the black mats match the top of the doors and the dash is perfect and the lexus logo on the mats is the same gray as my seats....

im so glad i waited until i found a black on ash gs! its an uncommon color combo and everytime i get into my car i just grin

just pay more for the better mats.......your car deserves it

Why buy a car that cost 40k+ to only put some cheap mats in it. A car is bought to be sat in and used. Having floor mats is to protect the CARPET, they are easily REMOVABLE and can be cleaned. Sure, they might look beat as heck after a while... buy a new set.

 

we dont get bad weather in AZ that will mess up matts. I dont ned the big burly mats that will hold water, snow, and mud in them . The clear mats meet my needs and allow me to keep the interior more stock looking. I am glad I dont have to deal with bad weather ever.

 

to me they are more noticeable with the "clear". I have grey with black mats and i like them. If they were grey or clear they would show wear from my heel and look worse.

 

Those office depot mats are too slippery and they feel cheap IMO.
