What is this?

Privet!
It is a strange location for an antenna. My friends 430 has it centered on the back of the trunk and it makes the car look much cooler with a full tint on the back. One more thing before you remove it, make sure that it is not bolted to the trunk (otherwise you are going to end up having a hole in your trunk).
I thought that it was a GPS antenna at the first look as your windows are tinted. It is nice to see Russians warming up to Japanese luxury in comparison to Bavarians.

LionKing, ti ih ne slushai, oni teb'ya podsiraut tut Its just a type of radio station like AM or FM, except it transmits through satellite so you can hear it anywhere in US; if you would have something like that in Russia, it would be like a radio station which you can hear without interruption while traveling from Moscow to Kiev or Kishinev or anywhere else
Since its taped to the trunk, just remove it and hide it inside because you don't have any use for it anyway.
