As for problems, you'll add 1.1 inch diameter by switching to 35 and you'd be 5.5% off from stock.

That might be alittle to big,but I would recommend checking Falken tires. The FK452 probably has the most comprehensive fitting parameters of any tire on the market. Its offered in a million different sizes
