considering installing my subs and amp this upcoming week and i was wondering if my electrical/audio warranty will become void if i do this.. any input?

let me rephrase, i'm planning to use a JL cleansweep and am planning to tap into the factory wiring harness, what i'm concerned about is if this will void my warranty in any way

usually warranties will not be voided by a modification unless the issue is directly the cause of an issue, and even then its usually only on that issue. They will still cover car. Remember they are in business to make money. Its not in their interest to screw you. They would rather try to make you happy and bill lexus warranty coverage for the parts and the work

They will try to void all your electrical warranty of anythin goes wrong but they have to prove that what you installed caused the problem

That varies with dealerships. Some dealerships are more leniant than others. Some dealerships won't touch a car with aftermarket parts.
