What size spacers (20 x 8.5)
#32
Just to add to the OP............
I am running 20 x 8.5 with 245/35 tires and 15mm spacers all they way around. I am rubbing like mf'er both front and back. Every little dip I go over rubs in the back. When I turn into a parking spots with the wheel turned to the extreme left or right I rub.
And before I get slammed....yes, I know I am running oversized tires. I have a 2008 GS350 AWD dropped on Tanabe NF210's.

what's your offset, just 8.5 doesn't mean much. the rubbing you experience when turning the wheel hard left or right, that's rubbing the front and back side of the front wheel well due to the overspec tires. that's not biggy, it's not like you go fast when doing that

PS how is the rears doing? are we going to shave them or did that trim piece give you enough breathing room
Still no go on my rims, once they are here will do the fenders and you can come up so we can do yours and mine in the same day

^ haha this is turning like a thread in the Chicago section...
The rims are a mystery to me and if I will ever see them before it starts to snow. I am starting to think I wish I had pushed them a little more now that I road in a car with JIC I am not liking my ride anymore!! BBK made it finally so I hope to have that done in about a week. Little by little things are showing up.
Cant keep up with you guys

I wouldn't stack more then one spacer seeing your other post (to the OP). Not worth trying. I am sure you can sell them on here if you change your mind. I have sold 3 sets already from playing around and they went like hot cakes.
A last option is to have custom ones made. PM JavyLSU and he as a contact that will make them the exact sizes you want. I lost his info. I think he is out of CA if I recall correct.

by the way you didnt rub with the oem rims did you I think he has slight rub on the rears and only slight rub on the plastic liner (With the 20" rims). Comparing his OEM set up to mine he had more room to play with. I am also lower then he was so that also plays a factor on how much you can stuff in there.

^ the member that had the 15mm both front and rear drove home from IL to IN after we lowered and he is on the same springs as you are. Just noticed that. We installed them for that member. There was no rubbing with the OEM rims with those but you can see he does have slight rub with his aftermarket rim/tire sizes.

No to the rims I think I am going to be on snow tires for another month. Next shipment is end of May. I did get an email last night that the BBK will ship today Just a little something. Never done a full BBK to a car. I always leased in the past so this will be a first. Not like this car is a rocket or anything but I am pretty excited to see the finished product once its all done.
