My personal feeling is that because the Tanabe exhaust is manufactured for a variety of vehicle fitments, they go with an all around tip that tends to work well on Japanese cars with an over aggressive look.... I couldn't wait to rip those tips OFF as it just doesn't fit the Lexus moniker, IMHO.
