Think Design makes some nice stuff. It's not the cheap stick on stuff, these are full panel replacements with OEM fit and finish.

it's good.. but i feel something wrong with the pix..
it's more like those wood-trim dash cover thing, rather than factory made

Would this even fit our cars... the top portion looks identical but the bottom portion is made to fit a MD player?

oh that's messed up

lexus gives us the casette deck, and gives them the MD player.

outdated technology. but still...........

yeah, you guys can keep wishing. this mod looks to be for JDM only.

i am always a fan of piano black, ever since i saw that on the bmw. this looks nice, but only if they have all the pieces including the shift plate, etc... right now it look half *** with the shift plate still the oem wood trim

and yeah, the MD doesn't help neither. i wonder how different that part is compared to US spec

Henry is right the 2GS had that capability. Its not Lexus that is the problem, we are WAAAAY behind in gadgets compared to Japan. There is also a lot of red tape with getting TV broadcasts in cars in America.

Surely though, the time will come when they WANT Americans to watch TV in cars. Japan had TV on phones way before we did.

Seeing that makes me hate the wood trim that much more. What about the doors and steering wheel

I didn't see anything. Seems the entire damn door needs replacing and that is around 2 grand for a door (though that inludes all parts you don't need, window regulators etc).

Seems though they also sell the wood option as well and not just piano black.

I'll ask Carson again....
