Default 3GS Roof Spoiler, Painted

I haven't been able to find any roof spoilers for the 3GS that come painted, any suggestions?

You can contact some of the vendors here, I think M1_autospt sells WALD spoilers + $150 if you want painted.

$150 to paint a roof spoiler is a rip off. It doesn't cost more than $75 or even cheaper if you have connections to paint. Furthermore, M1 sells knockoffs I believe, so if you want the real thing you'll have to obviously pay more.

i actually like body parts come unpainted. i'd rather take my car and parts to a good shop and make sure they match the color right

Yea, it just seems like most places are overpriced once you factor in paint. I can't justify spending $500 on a tiny spoiler that attaches with double sided tape.

Gotta pay to play But yea, you shouldnt pay more than $100 for the paint, and it looks like you have the obsidian color? Which is a very standard black.

I'm also missing the trunk spoiler, I can get that painted and delivered for $280 which seems like a much better deal...http://www.lextasy.com/gs430-spoiler-lexus.htm

Could you elaborate on this? Also, where else could I find a OEM trunk spoiler painted for under $300?

sooooo many members and people got scammed by lextasy, do a search on CL and you can find tons of threads on that. they were also banned permanently from CL for similar reasons. my bottom is i'd rather spend a bit more money and get it elsewhere than giving them one single chance.

there are always one or two fanboys who say they are ok, but soooo many people i know or read that got into trouble with them

Gotcha, thanks for the heads up. I just can't justify spending 5-600 on a spoiler when I barley paid over $1,000 for my wheels and tires.

EDIT, just found this...http://www.wooddashexperts.com/custo...at=6429&page=1

Is it OK for CL vendors to sell knock-offs? Or I guess they would count as "replicas"? I didn't realize that about M1 or anyone else on here.
