Damn thats really sucks to see that other countries get the full size tire still but here in the US we are stuck with this stupid space saving tire, to "save weight"

well.. i don't see why if he can fit it, why we cant??? right? yea we may the redesigned tool piece trim kit.. but its worth it still.. $$ new wheel.. plus $$ tool holder trim kit.. meh.. worth it

looks like that extra support bar on USDM cars is "not" a support after all. There is no way they would mass produce the car different for the states. That extra cross brace should come out and solve the full size spare for those that are still interested.

he's in middle east area, the cars are different. seems like in that region, full size spare is a "requirement" for all cars, including lfa

i thought some member posted that in the US spec cars, there is one extra membrane at the bottom of the spare wheel well

Well although it would seem crazy for Lexus to produce a car differently, I think they did. I tried this not to long ago and the body shop I went to said he would try, later found out it was welded to the body. So I'm doubting we can do this, but I still want to see whats under that tire!
