i don't like that big VOSSEN logo on the 5 spoke. so i wouldn't choose that.

plus, it doesn't look very good. it's busy looking. and the spokes look short.

but if you got the black accents, it would look better.

I'm leaning toward the 083.

i think it looks even better and cleaner with completely blacked out hardware, like the last pic below

I prefer the first one, 5-split-spoke ... but I would not have picked neither ......

I like the second one better, IMO the first set looks sort of cheap (no offense to anyone who likes the first set)

more4my4:

i personally like option 2 better.

from the responses given, everyone has different tastes when it comes to wheels. what's important is what YOU like, not what other people think. as long as you are happy with your wheel choice, that is the most important thing.

if you like the "bling" factor, then you want chrome. i personally feel that chrome wheels have the "come and look at me, i got chrome shoes!" and draws too much attention (good or bad) - but then, I like the subtle look more than the flashy look; there's only a few wheels i would actually choose chrome. again, it comes down to what you like...there is no right or wrong answer if you want chrome wheels

having said that, look at dunnojack's photoshop...those wheels look good without the chrome. polished or silver color looks good.

I like both of them.

Let me know if you have any questions about our wheels...

imho, if you're gonna do a split-5 spoke (or 'thin' 5 spoke) on the GS, it needs to be significantly lowered to achieve the desired look. If you're planning a moderate to mild drop, then the second choice (the multi-spoke) will be a winner -regardless of how low you go.

but overall, i'm leaning towards the 2nd choice. either way, we'll all support whatever choice you make

If you go with the first wheel, be prepared to invest in some aftermarket rotors and paint your calipers, which is a must for wheels that expose the brakes that much.
