i just bought my 2006 gs300 awd with around 47k miles no nav, no ml, in good condition for 22,750. it went out of warranty the day i bought it. but no issues what so ever with it, minus the fact that the previous owner repainted the front bumper over the factory paint to get rid of rock chips which looked horrible, so i had it sanded and resprayed by a buddy for 200 and it looks like new.
i think i got a pretty good deal. that was private party in az.

All just to update - and thanks for all the replies. The car was sold before I got to the dealership...so I am back to square one. However, after more research, it appears I should really be aiming for a GS350 07 model with the greater power and better nav screen. I've seen several for the same "asking" price of the 06 I was looking at. So, perhaps this will turn out better for me in the long run.
