Can somebody help me find the antenna fin for my o6 GS430. This year did not come with one, and I really want one.. Please help..

Yes but the paint code (062) Crystal White was only for 06.

You would have to get it painted but its a small part.

Here is a thought....did the is250 have an antenna? was the 06 062 like the GS?

^ Yes it was but the 06 ISx50 didn't get the Shark Fin either. It was in 07 just like the GS. The paint code was also for 06 only. Not sure why it was for one model year only on both cars??

Isn't it that the 07+ Shark Fin are "functional" satellite antennas. Correct me if i am wrong but I dont think you can just purchase the antenna alone; I saw an original Lexus shark antenna and it came as a package, complete with the cables, etc...can someone verify this?

I just decided to go the dummy shark fin antenna look, color match painted...pics to follow

Yes its for the XM radio or Sirius. Many have installed it on here and not drilled to use as an antenna. Similar to what you are doing for looks. I have an OEM one that I purchased separate but I wanted to use it for XM and then changed my mind on it.

I would assume you double sided taped it vs. drilling... I was looking at L tuned, and Carson's site for the dummy shark antenna but i am not that impressed with the shape. I guess it's just me, but i think the shape of the "fin" just came out too steep- not subtle, does not follow the soft contour of the the newer Lexus. Even the OEM Lexus antenna looks too steep. I really do not care for the brand, as long as it is of good quality.

I went ahead in search for another alternative(My cousin is an auto-part importer)-something that is shaped to follow the contours better, more aerodynamic looking--pics to follow i just got it painted (Matador Red Mica).

yea you can drill it in if you want or you can double side stick tape it to the car. i prefer the cars without them. gives the car a smoother clean look.

Cant wait to see it all I needed to see was Matador Red and I knew it would look good

you should paint the roof black to go with it I think I am going to do it. With the windows tinted I think it looks good and shows the body lines.
