H.I.D Foglight Problem
I'm trying to see if anyone has had this same problem. I have had a hard time with my Passenger side fog light (H.I.D) not coming on I have to switch it on and off like 4 or 5 times. I have changed the bulb and amplifier even different brands of H.I.D's and even my drivers side which always comes on. Seeing if this is a known problem, and if so is there a fix?

Seems to me you have one of those cheap hid kits that are sold on ebay. I've had the same problem on my old GS. One side would work fine, the other one would not. I have changed like 5 hid kits and all them either died after sometime or worked the way you have described.
The best advice I can give you, is to buy a normal set of HID ballasts made by Denso. The only problem you will have with these ballasts, is that they come with D2S/R sockets, you will have to convert those to 9006. You can either do the conversion yourself or buy a converter on ebay, it will look like this
Oh and in case you are wondering how the ballast look:
These are made for Toyota/Lexus cars.
Good luck

Sometimes there is a bad or dirty connection somewhere causing the ballast to not get enough voltage to ignite. For instance on an old car of mine, the end where the ground attached to chassis, on the oem harness was old and dirty. Cleaned up the ground point and all was good. Voltage at the plug was at only 9 or 10 volts before I cleaned the ground.
