take it to a lexus dealer and they will fix it free of charge. no need to rig something up that the dealer will fix for free. i had mine done about mid winter and i havent heard a single rattle since.
because its a known issue that many people complain about. im sure there is a tsb out on it. just like the brake dust, interior rear view mirror, gas cap, etc...
