Default Ok...gathered enough info to paint claipers...but

I am also changing my brakes and rotors. Should I clean the calipers, change brakes and rotors, then paint? Or is there any other order to go with?

Always clean anything before u paint. Otherwise the paint will stick to dirt and you don't want that. Try to paint in an enclosed space like a garage.

yes, that's one option

no matter what, clean and then paint, always in that order and nothing in between
