Where to find Ionic air purifier locally?

Anyone know where I can find an ionic air purifier for car locally? Usually it plugs into the cig lighter outlet. I'm in the northern virginia area.

You can check out Sun Auto's Hot Inazma Pocket. Its marketed it as an aid to your electrical system, but it also has an ionizer on it. Honestly, I think the ionizer works better than what they claim it to be.

how can something that small purify the air. I can't see the volume of the air being purified by such a small gadget.
