Talking I have to admit...I like riding stock

Ahhh...no worries about my car scrubbing over speedbumps..no worries about taking people to lunch....no worries about scraping expensive wheels on curbs....No worries about paint chips to added body parts

I just get in and go I've been driving the 430 and jeez, scrape, I'm worried about the wheels, its an event. In the stock GS, no worries!

If your stock and you know it clap your hands!

mine is stock except wheels, but i drive very carefully around curbs any ways, so it doesnt bother me! but my last car was lowered, suspension mods, carbon fiber lip kit, full exhaust and intake, manual short shifter, and when i first drove the lexus, it was sooooooo nice not hearing a thing, not having to shift, not feeling every little thing on the road, not having to worry about hitting park stops or big dips. the only down side is, i get scared going around turns at remotely fast speeds now. : /

and of course you know that the tanabe nf210 springs are very close to stock ride (only 5% stiffer than oem). a little bit lowered, improved handling and no scraping, you know it's the right mod to do!

and if i'm too subtle, i'm trying to ignite the mod fire under your butt!

Hate to admit it, but I enjoyed my 07 GS350 in stock format for sometime. I loved not having to slow down for any driveways, worry about the sideskirts rubbing or the wheels rubbing the inner liners.

The 3GS looks cool lowered...but that's about it. It looks pretty retarded when you're lowered to the maximum, sporting larger rims and have difficult time trying to get in and out of an easy driveway. In my opinion, that takes the fun out of enjoying the car and driving it around in the first place. That was my mistake with my 3GS, I modded it to where I couldn't enjoy the drive anymore.

I'm riding stock too, but upgraded to a Tenabe Touring Medallion exhaust and have tinted all the windows. I used to lower most cars, but grew tired of slowing down over speed bumps and crawling up/down driveways. I love the VIP look, but hate the functionality of it.

I'm enjoying it now, b/c I know in a few months I'll be starting a thread "how many of you lowered with sways scrub or hear a noise"

The fire is lit I think I have my theme all figured out and I hope to debut as much as possible together whereas in the past I've had threads putting on part by part.

I would have to agree with everyone too. When i modded my Z, I was worried about driveways, haters, and getting the wrong attention by cops. With my GS i only have tint and the tanabe and couldnt be happier with it. With my move to socal i love Automatic!!! My mentality is point A to point B....but i would love to mod my car with air and wheels...dam recession on budgeting my funds but good that i get to cruise without any trouble :]
