call the service manager and call Lexus as well to complain. I would also post on some dealership review sites . You have more power than you think. In this market they should be kissing our feet not insulting us and ripping us off

Take your used remote near a wide band electromagnetic pulse, it should wipe it out to a clean slate... hey if it works on Lieutenant Commander Data.
IMO, they should not be charging anything more than 10 minutes of labor for things like programming keys and tpms. Really, does it really take half an hour to program TPMS? It's probably a 2 minute procedure of typing in IDs in their scanning software and pressing enter.
Anyway, I got quoted half hour labor for programming 4 tpms sensors, while it could be worse it does seem a bit excessive. If I were to sit there and watch them do it and I saw they were finished in 5 minutes I wonder if I could get them to adjust the time units... :|
