RC, I have to agree with most here and say that the car needs to be lowered to much gap (imo). I am running 20" with 245/35 all around and think I need a mild drop. I like the wheels though

Nice! I say drop it even if its a mild drop.

30 series you would + size but have more protection. I am 295/25 on my rear and its OEM spec. Ride is perfectly fine.

i wouldn't say that. with 245/35 up front, and if he lowers his car, when hitting bad dips, he will likely rub the top of the wheel well, and that's because of the oversize diameters

there is nothing wrong running 245/30 and 285/25. a few people here are on that setup. these are actually the correct spec size setup. the profile is lower so might need to be more driving driving on them. but other than that i think they are cool

congrats on the wheels, they look very nice! now you need a drop

I have these pics from another member of a 3GS with your tire specs and a mild drop. I am thinking of doing a 285/25 rear as well, or 255/30 for the front if I chicken out.

Wheels + tires + tpms sensors + mount/balance
close to 6k give or take 100 bucks...
Like i was saying........at first I was all for it....after doing some research into wheels....I guess in the wheel industry...anybody can make a wheel and put their name on it.....anyone can make a cookie copy of someone else....
after seeing and researching on the net.....I wanted a name brand....wheel....

Put the deposit down....on the wheel....then towards the end...I was like....2nd guessing...but it was too late....I was committed...I paid for half the wheels..already...so I went all out....here I am....

I love the wheels.....after receiving them. Question now.....is to whether to drop or not drop.... and whether to go with Eibach or Tanabe.....I want the least drop.... Someone posted a picture of black lexus earlier in this thread. I'm waiting for their reply. i'm curious...what springs they used.....
