A quick question

The lower you go = the more aggressive you can go for the wheel?

the lower you go the more the wheels will camber in under the car so lower offset is needed in order to bring the wheel further out.

I like the black Lowenharts best. Black wheels with chrome lip on a red car is one of my favorite themes. It was the first theme I did back in the 1990's....still looks good today.

Which coils would you guys go with? Thinking about going for the Tanabe Sustec Pro 5 Coils or the Tein Comfort Sport. looking for a comfortable ride but nothing too low on the drop.

Hey guys this is my initial post and I'm a newbie to the wheel scene. I'm about to close on a 2009 GS 450h and after reading this entire thread and doing some other research I'm convinced the concave Vossen VVS-CV1s are my fav. I've seen them on other GS models, but no mention of the 450h. I emailed Vossen but everyone here seems very helpful so I figured I would throw it out to all of you.

Welcome to clublexus and good chice on the car.
The cv1 is a nice looking wheel. Too soft for my taste but still nice. You know you have to lower the car to look right so don't hesitate on that. Actually, I'd probably do it first.

^^^ the gs is required to be lowered to not look like an suv!!! Lol..... Oh and btw go with coilovers, springs can t be adjusted and will end up costing just as much as coils after premature wear and tear on the shocks caused by springs!

Default My new 20's. Much better than my 1st set.

Tire size 225/35 front and 245/35 rear. Rims are staggered 20x8.5 front and 20x10 rear.
