Well... So I went in this morning hoping to get the annoying squealing brake fixed and TSIB 0015-09 applied. However, the service manager printed out and showed me the actual TSIB and apparently it does not apply to AWDs... Does anyone have any idea why and how it's different between RWD and AWD as far as brake squealing??? Thanks.

AY...that's a bunch of bs man. Here's what I had done back in Feb. I don't see a TSIB# on my statement. Don't understand why he said it doesn't apply to the AWD's...they have the same brakes.

04945-22152 shim kit, anti squeal
08887-80609 disk brake caliper
04465-30400 pad disk brake

all 3 items stated warranty for reason.

keep me posted...hope it gets taken care of.

Hey B, I'm confused as well. The problem is he printed the TSIB and showed me the note that said it does not apply to AWD models... Going back in tomorrow morning and we'll see what happens.

UPDATE!!!

I left my car at the dealership this morning and they finally re-produced the squeak. They then found a new TSIB #0040-09 and that included the following items:
43512-30340 DISC, FR RH STK
43516-30030 DISC, FR LH STK
04465-30400 PAD KIT, DISC BRAKE STK
04945-22152 SHIM KIT, ANTI SQUEAL STK

Yay new pads and rotors!!!
