Question about removing rear rotors on AWD
There is a rubber piece on the rotor on the rear on my 06 2006 GS300. Through it I can see behind the rotor, and there is something that looks like a small lock that I can twist to unlock something, does it need to be removed? I got the calipers ut and the brakes out, but the rear rotor is stock. I was going to do the same thing I did with the front, use 2 small screws in the small holes to pull it out, but I am scared the thing behind the rubber circular piece needs to be removed or something? I never seen anything lije this. It looks like a drum springs in the back of that rear rotor.

All done. We sprayed some WD40 and pulled out the rotors by using the screws ad it came right out and then the new one right in, no e-shoes adjustments. It was tight enough. Tomorrow I may paint the calipers.
