F-Sport Sway Bars
Hey folks I work for Toyota. If the techs installed the bushings incorrectly that could be the problem. At least that's the problem we encountered with the Camry. Can anyone elaborate on the noise? 2007 GS350 w/F-Sport springs, shocks, sway bars and exhaust.

Finally got my sway bars installed and no noise so far. The dealership installed per the instructions included and no additional insulation or wrap was done as some others have done.
Not a happy camper though They damaged my wheels. My service advisor was great though very apologetic and said would take care of it. Will keep you updated!

Don't be so happy just yet. Noise will start after about 3 weeks.
So for new installed, try not to vote on this thread yet, drive about a month then come back here to post your result.

DAMN!!!
My was only knocking free for only a day, then it just make its presence whenever it feels like it!!!
Took it back to Sewell, all they can do was a "quick fix"!!! They told me that I have to wait for Lexus to come out with the solution, or they can put back the OEM sway bars for now!!!
So for now I just turned up the stereo really loud, so I would not heard the damn knocking!!!

May have to change my vote. I believe, now that the weather has started to get colder, that I'm hearing the knocking sounds. There's no rhyme or reason as to when I'll hear it, but I definitely think it's due to the colder weather....can't wait till winter!! It's not too annoying, but if it gets worse I'll be taking it in to see if there's any fix available yet.

... just be patient. It'll most likely get louder and louder with time (and with colder weather). It's gotten *really* noisy on mine; it knocks over every kind of bump I hit.

My dealer (Westminister Lexus, CA) installed the front/rear bars with some teflon tape wrapped around the front bar bushings. They noted, however, that when the corrected bushings are supplied by Lexus, they will change out the front bushing. In the meanwhile, NO noise noted at all and the handling is greatly improved.
