New look ... Brushed
Had my hre's refinished:
1) cleaned the chrome lip
2) cleaned and painted the barrel
3) straighten minor bents
4) refinished the face - stripped the color matched paint, machine brushed, and powder coat cleared
5) obviously, brand new seals
here's pic of the wheels as they are being assembled and finsihed...

It was a package deal so I couldn't tell you exactly how much just to do the face
