So does anyone happen to have the part number for this modulator valve? And maybe its where abouts on the transmission?

No wai! I think that isn't the right part though, that has something to do with the anti lock braking system. This modulator valve the OP was having issues with is on the transmission, something like a PVC, EGR, valving of sort.
