Default Wheel/Tire Setup

Getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of used rims and need some reassurance that my set up will be fine, based on all the info I've gathered so far:

Vehicle:
2006 GS AWD, BC Coilovers, dropped about 2".

Wheels:
F:20”X9” Offset is 35mm
R:20”X10.5” Offset is 50mm
5x4.50in – 5x114.3mm lug pattern
12mm x 1.25 Stud Size

Tires:
F:235/53/20 Diameter 26.5, Circumference 83.2, Side Wall 3.2
R:275/30/20 Diameter 26.5, Circumference 83.2, Side Wall 3.2

Questions: The front appears to be good to go with the offset. The rear however seems to be too high? Will I need spacers to make this flush?

front is good rear will need a 10mm or 15mm spacer to make it flush.

Yup, thats a strange combo, 35 in front and 50 rear. Youll definitely need spacers to make it flush. We have a vendor here selling them for 98 shipped.
