Its all good. I will use OEM spark plugs but the god damn dealer wants 44$ a plug
Just got mine ups from Sewell Lexus in Texas for $12.95 each plus shipping and Rock Auto (internet) has them for the same price. I'm replacing mine at 36K miles and I'll clean the old ones and keep them for spares. They are special length plugs so make sure you use the same OEM number The number from SEwell Lexus in Dallas Texas is Part Number 90919-01249 MA12B11 They show a list price of $18.00 ea but the CL price is $12.95 Plus $14.00 shipping. Total for mine was $91.35. The Denso # is FK20HBR11 and they're $12.32 ea from Rock Auto.
Ya..... I would avoid ordering spark plugs off amazon or ebay. Majority are fake plugs! rockauto.com or your local auto parts store, but trying to save a few bucks may bite you in the *** if you slapped in fakes.

These are the part numbers Denso 3473 (9091901249, FK20HBR11) there $11.70 on rockauto.com, dealer maybe a bit pricey, but those denso plugs are pretty much oem
Use the OEM ones, the threads on them are at least twice as long as regular plugs. If you read the manual, it says somewhere that you should change them every 60K. It has to do with the Emissions warranty. Look at your maintenance books and look at page 53.

btw...your car won't have spark plug wires. Super Long Life coolant is good up till 100K before it needs to be changed. Trans service at 60K, highly recommend using Genuine WS ATF.

06 GS430, 177,000 miles, still running great on original plugs. My dealer says that I don’t need to change them right now. The car is up to date on all other maintenance. I’ll be coming up on my second timing belt service soon (which I would never put off), but how important is it to change the plugs if car is running great, getting great mpg, etc.?
Someone posted above the intake has to come off to replace the 3 plugs on the left side of the car. I just replaced mine there is enough clearance to replace the plugs without removing the intake. There is a youtube video showing this as well. The wire harness is in the way it has a few bolts holding it in place remove the bolts and it can be moved out of the way just enough to remove the spark plugs.
These are my plugs out of my gs450h at 107k miles. One of the plugs was missing the top electrode. The plug itself had a lot of deposits on it.
I imagine yours would be twice as worn.
The main reason I changed them is to make sure the engine runs clean. My friend has a gs450h with 195k miles. No codes flagged but in techstream I can see he has had miss fires on some cylinders.
My view is the cleaner the car runs the less work the catalytic converters do. Spark plugs are easier and cheaper than replacing catalytic converters. Just my .02
