Hey guys looking to purchase a 06-07 gs300. So ive been lurking around the forums and seen people talking about the difference in the 06 and 07 navs, but nothing into much of detail.. So can someone please explain to me what are the major and minor differences THANKS!!!!!

bottom line is your better off getting an 07+ since you can get the 350 and have the 5the gen navi.

 

Just one look at each of them and you will know immediately which one you would prefer. The difference between them is very obvious. My '06 IS350 had the 5th gen, my '06 GS300 does not. I hate getting into a loaner when my car is getting serviced because it reminds me how much I miss it! I even looked into upgrading, but the cost would be rediculous. An '07 would be worth the extra money.

 

how often will you use the Navi?? The gen 5 is hands down nice. I went from gen 5 to gen 4 and its a difference. Its still does the job. I hardly use it and was more into the ML and DVD. If this is something that you use on occasion then I wouldnt get the newer model just for that.

Hey thanks for everyone who replied !!! Great got all my questions answered!! Now the hard part finding a gs300 awd or i was also thinking a M45 sport or M35 sport what do u guys think ? HAHAH prob from forums because everyone will say the LEXUS im sure lolz...

 

well i will try to be objective. some other cars i might suggest you to consider, but the m35/45 personally i am really not that impressed
