I like the lights in the 2nd pic (minus the day lights) make the car look more "sporty". Either way I personally don't care for that trim and that is why mine are painted. Getting a lot of compliments on them.

Guess I am a HONDA lover by heart

Here is the person that painted my car for me. He did it so it matched his paint color, what he wanted me to do, so you can see it as an option. It looks great on his car. Wonder what it would have looked like on mine?? I still like the center all blacked out but this may be the better option for the trim pieces. More options and here it is painted....
