nope. 3rd one.

but this one is the one with the most problems.

so while it's all old and redundant, you can't fault me for that, because the problems are all true.

i'd rather be called old and redundant than a fanboy.

No one is a fanboy, I have acknowledged more problems than you will ever discover in various Lexus.

Here you are bishing about the price of a review mirror and then you are telling people its okay to buy Infiniti wheels?

is this really something new? lexus parts haven't been cheap since long ago, like during the days when i still owned my gs400. i don't try to find out why (if someone knows, by all means), but lexus isn't the only luxury brand doing this. in fact, i think all of them do this. so either you stay away from luxury, get the toyota and keep the change, or just suck it up

all you want.

but you must let me bish, because this is a forum. and you bish about acura more than i bish about lexus.

so let me just bish about expensive mirrors in peace.

wait. i'm not really bishing about the mirrors. i'm just thinking aloud.

my local car wash hit my bmw 745 rearview mirror and cracked it with a vacuum hose and the dealership charged me 400 with labor for a brand new rear view mirror not just the mirror. I think led in my alarm light on the mirror was dead anyway so it worked out well and the car wash covered it lol.

how expensive would you allow a part to become before you protest?
I'm not saying picket line protest. Just saying at what point will it make you go "WTF?!! that's ridiculous"

i know at this point, some of you just take it in the butt . But it's just wrong, and you know it....being gouged like this

there's a TSB for the vibrating rearview mirror. They replace it with the same part..... which leads me to believe it will go bad again after warranty is expired.

that's the issue.

and no, i'm not buying an extended warranty for this crap, which probably won't be covered anyway.

my arms are too long. i was going for a full force backhand btchslap, and you know how tiny the inside of the GS is. there's no room to swing

DJ
that is a stupid TSB, it is not like a vibrating mirror is really such a nuisance, mine was vibrating and they swapped it, when it was real warm recently, I noticed it was vibrating a bit again....not a big deal. I am pretty sure you can just stuff some felt in the mechanism somewhere if it was such a big deal, By now, we should all be used to stuffing felt everywhere
