Check your state's auto lemon law. The pressure should be on the dealer side if they cannot fix it.

Wait what? You're saying the car is a lemon if the plastic gears wear out in the auto adjusting mirrors?
Edit: I understand now that you mean because of his three recalls, he may be coming up on the lemon law for their state (even though this was posted 11 years ago
