There is no switch for that on AWD.

The rear seats come out of the car super easy just pop out the bottom by pulling up on the front of them. then the back part needs to be un-bolted 4 times on the bottom, then you lift the rear head rest and pop off the the circle covers and undo 2 more. Then it slides right out. DONT bother undoing the metal rings just cut them and pull back the leather cover slowly undoing/ cutting the rings as you go ( you only need to open up the seat enough to get the pad and your hand in). Slide the pad in, tape it down then used zip ties to tie the leather to the seat.
@the.k.w.c - I have a different reason to need to remove the rear seat - dealer misaligned the seat after performing a leather section replacement - and I'm trying to follow your directions for removing the seat - the outside edges are already loose but the seat is still stuck on - are there any bolts on the rear seat (bottom part) or any secret method to pop them off? Do you need to apply a lot of pressure?

Thanks.

there should be 2 bolts, 12mm or 10mm, where the long metal tabs are in the first set of pics. You should be able to put your hand through and feel them.

If you took these out it should just come out with a little force. I removed the seat in my last Lexus and this was all I had to do so I assume its the same. Some cars there are also bolts close to the floor in the front of the seat so double check if its not coming out.

i will look on sunday morning Im pretty sure there are just two bolts ( if any ) once those are out you need to slide your hand under the seat to find out were the seat pin that holds the seat to the body of the car is. once you find that you will want to pull up and down until the seat comes loose

I took a look last night and there were no bolts, just the pin and it didn't take a ton of pressure to loosen the seat. Let me know if there are bolts on yours - perhaps that's why my seat is still loose (I can pull the outer edges up and down off the mount)
