Default AFS question??

I just purchased a '06 GS 300AWD this evening and I noticed that it has an AFS switch in the drop down panel. Does it automatically default to on each time the car is turned on? Do you have to turn it on by holding the switch down for "x" # of seconds or what?

I don't want to ever turn it off, I just wanted to make sure that it was on, unless I pushed the button. Some of the buttons, have to be pressed to turn on all of the time, like the parking assist button. I WANT it to be on all the time. Just didn't know if it defaulted to on or if I had to do something else.

oh, the setting saves, so if you have it turned off, when you get in the car, it will stay off, if you have it on, it will stay on, unless you push the button. so as long as the light is not on on the dash, just dont push the button and ur fine.
