GS460's in the Middle East!!!

I was shocked to realize that the GS460's we have in the Middle East are 20HP lower than the regulars... Ours in 322 HP; How is that possible?? Do we have a different questions? Hope that whoever is knowledgeable in this to enlighten me

Might be a different rating system more than anything. We use SAE HP here, what do yall use? For instance Europe uses bhp ratings.
