navagation problem or ecu
Sounds like you have a non orginal gps cd. 1st thing, dont go to dealer to help fix because its an arm n leg. Next step eject cd by touching the screen in sequence similar to overiding navi .Left top corner, left lower corner, top left corner, bottom left corner, top left corner , top right coner, left top corner, top right corner, this will pop out cd. Put in original navigation cd to load map. Then if you want to use boot leg updated cd then eject orginal and put in boot leg cd. Dealer will tell u ecu need to be replaced for 1500 or more.this will work if you get a blue screen that says please load correct map cd. Good luck

Have u try a trial error first? Like putting a scan tool? If that doest work try to check ur fuse maybe it's blown... if I remember it correctly they using same fuse of cig lighter/charger. . Thought mine was not working too, my navigation work and everything except when I plug my scan tool/obd ll , it's not turning on, so I suspect its the fuse..
It happened when I changed my battery .. I went to autozone and put the battery back up to the obd/scant tool plug so I can keep my settings in my car, after that put back my obd ll, but I didn't notice , after 2 days when I try to check the status of my car using torque app with obd ll, and not connecting to my ecu (obd not turning on), and put my obd to my acura, and it works.. so right from that moment I suspect its just the fuse, and change the fuse, viola .. it work...
