the wheel may have to be replaced. You can try to get it repaired. If you do nothing you will never have a smooth ride

I believe you can take the wheels back to the dealership, they can send them out to be fixed for around $150~$200 each.

Last time they accidently scratched one of my wheel, they sent it out and got it back the vary next day (it is a one day turn around service).
