Default Need help

I went to Mavis Tire to get new Brakes. I put OEM pads in, but the guy threw away my old shims. Now the car sounds like a freight train. I picked up new shims at lexus and there are 8 shims (2 different sizes) in each bag. I dont know which ones to use because the Mavis Man threw the old ones away. Please Help

2007 GS350 AWD

Shim Part numbers

Front Shims 04945-22152
Back Shims 04946-22090

Thanks for the help. The brakes were a joke to do. It took me 10 min. from start to finish on each wheel.
