extended warranty from troy getrik

Hi fellow cl members. I have purchased extended warranty from troy and its been about 2 weeks and i haven't recieved a letter from lexus or so called a certificate. HOw long did it take you guys to get it. Also i just brought my car in for service and they checked my vin n tol me i dont have extended warranty on it. Thanks in advance

Why dont you email troy and ask him. I know when I bought it for my when new, it took a while, like 6-8weeks to get the package.
