Engine Vibrates Rough at Idle??

I'm rwd but I did experience abnormal idle it seemed pike it was idling low and it would spike up at times. I believe there is a sensor on the intake hose before the throttle body I guess for vacuum leaks??? Like I said I just pulled the hose and sprayed throttle body cleaner in it and brushed it with a toothbrush I followed the directions on the can and my car hasn't done it since.
good to hear about these cheap fixes.

Also how did you clean the backside of the throttle plate this way?

Engine Vibration at Warm Idle
My 2010 AWD does this at warm idle in D and only has 4800 miles on it.
No way can it be throttle body carbon, etc. At least in my case. My guess is the vacuum system when he car is in Drive. In P or N the vibration goes away.
I've got my first oil change coming up so I'm gonna have the techs check it, but my guess is it's normal. It's mildly annoying though.

Ok so my friend's vibration issue was caused by a cracked cylinder.
My service guy pretends everything is fine and there is no abnormal vibration and/or rough idling. I'm not really sure how to proceed from here but this is really annoying.

Because of all of the other stuff that connects the wheels to the engine that is different. It's not the engine that's vibrating any more than the others, it's the vibration getting translated through to the suspension.

Has anyone found an official fix for this problem? My 2007 GS 350 has been running great until now when, all of a sudden, my engine began idling rough at stoplights. Shift it into P or N, the car idles like it's supposed to. Shift it back to D, and sometimes the engine vibrates so much it causes my dash to rattle.
One thing I've noted is that this vibration most commonly occurs during colder temps of 65 and below. It tends to go away the longer I drive.
I can't seem to find a consistent fix for this problem anywhere. Some say it's the throttle body that needs cleaning. Others say it's the engine mounts. When I took my car in for service, my engine did not idle as rough as I had hoped for the tech to witness. Their decision was that my issue was normal, and that it's common for the fuel injectors to cause some vibration.
Anyone find a permanent fix?
