Thumbs up Just Got them today!!!!!!(PIAA 5500K D4S HID Bulbs)

Hey Guys

I just got and Installed my PIAA 5500K D4S Bulbs today from Japan (Thanks to Dave) and I think they are great. I only have a few pics with them in the box right now and I will try to take some installed pictures later.

P.S: I have my Philips 5000K D4S For Sale in the 3GS Classified, they are great bulbs as well but PIAA was my Choice.

Take care

KY

Funny, I recently inquired of PIAA (usa) as to whether or not they were going to release their Super Cobalt HID bulbs in a D4S format in the states, they said not at the moment.

How much did it cost ($US) and how long did it take to get them from Japan?

Yes our stock one is Philips 4300K, I just think the 5000K is still a bit too yellow for my taste. But it is a very nice set of bulbs, the build quality and stuff.

The Garax has more of a Bluish output for the look. And the PIAA has way better visibility at night.

Sorry I got it through a friend in Japan......and I think they were about $240 or something per set. Kind of expensive but they are real nice quality bulbs.
