Good point, but he was talking about cars on which a clutch change costs almost $10,000 in labor and several months at the shop. You can't do anything at all yourself on those cars.

Thanks for all the feedback...I figured it was all about them trying to hose me outta some money. I pretty much do all th DIY...i just wasn't sure about the "service" and the spark plug change...
