450h vs 460!
#31
The 450h comes standard with some items not seen on the 350. It comes with variable gear ratio steering, which is both convenient in parking lots and adds a lot to the emergency handling of the vehicle. It also comes standard with the variable suspension and is available with active roll bars that are not available on the 350. It is also a little bit less nose heavy as the battery in back results in 50:50 weight distribution.
As rominl was saying anywhere above 2 or 3 bars, the car performs at full power, though I have seen it have huge power above 6 bars. In the 6-8 bar range it will actually shut the engine off at highway speeds and power solely on electricity, of course any acceleration command causes the engine to come back on. At 2 bars, which is only really seen with lots of 20 MPH driving or spirited driving, you are basically left with a heavier 300hp car. It is left with a tiny bit of electrical power and its 292 hp gas engine.
