I am seeing alot of optimistic posts, someone take a pic of the tank when it is getting empty, the thing that says XX.X mpg and then fill up and post the miles till empty reading....my experience has been that unless I pay extreme attention to the gas pedal, even doing like 70 on the hwy, maybe a 50 mile trip each way, I may be down to 25 mpg...I do mostly city and I am usually around 18-20

my around town MPG is usually 21-22 in mixed driving (rural + 30mi of interstate here and there). My mid 20's was pure interstate using cruise control.

he was cruising on a down hill grade. Seriously.. The high 20's and even the low 30's is possible and on more than just a 7-20 mile trip. I have had 28.1 from Phoenix to LA. Generally with traffic, city, and highway I usually get 22-24 mpg

wow, i need more pics people! post pics! so far i've done 120+ miles and i've stuck around 22.5 MPG, i was rolling around for a few hrs so i went from 25-22.5mpg =[ (trick or treat n we were late, so i just drove the car around the neighborhood)

what do you guys think of race gas? i'm considering running it on one tank just for ****s and giggles =] of course i wont be babying it everywhere i go though, i think a full tank of race gas=$100? you guys think it's damaging to the fuel system if i leave it for a week? (hoses and etc.?)

I just drove from Phoenix to Tulsa. At first fillup in Albuquerque, computer read 30.4 mpg; 32.4 mpg at Amarillo fillup. I'm still driving on that tank. I usually average around 27mpg driving in the Phx. area. I have a stock '07 GS350 rwd.
Also, I noted the mph. indicated on the computer is 3 mph lower than indicated on the speedometer. To confirm this, I hit reset while on cruise at 70, 75, and 80 mph in dicated on the speedometer. The computer read 67, 72, and 77 mph respectively. I guess I can cruise faster, if the computer can be believed.

i believe so, any car it gives a few extra HP, just haven't seen results on a GS or a lexus for that matter. What's awesome about race gas is that you can run higher timing, higher timing=more HP =]

it's really strange that the speedometer is off when your car has factory everything lol! that's really good for a 350 isn't it? 30.4 and 32.4?

hmm.... nice to know i can always do 2-3mph over the regular speed limit, when i set my cruise that's what usually happens anyways, maybe that's why?

wow, i know we have knock sensors and everything, but there HAS to be some form of a downfall for this besides power loss, isn't there?
