fortunately those are just homemade bumper replacements....... which happen to make it look like a chinese knockoff.....

Last weekend, Fujikawa meeting had held at Fujikawa service area on Tomei expressway in Japan.
Here's a report which was written by the host of the meeting.

Though the report itself is in Japanese, there are many pictures of modified lexus cars.
