MANY of the mods in this thread are hideous. I give Japan a huge thumbs-up for their attempt to be creative, but most times, it's just too much creativity. They just don't know when to stop modding.

Most kits in this thread have too many slats, opennings, foglights or vents...and then the mesh fill-in everywhere just looks silly. And then some just throw chrome everywhere as "accent". And don't even get me started on the "port-holes" cut into the fenders.

The 3rd Gen GS needs the right kit that compliments the body, and the right exhaust. I think many rims work with the 3rd Gen GS, giving the car different looks based on the shoes. But you just can't throw any kit on the 3rd Gen, and Japan is just throwing any and everything on the 3rd Gen GS. Ugh!

There's a few in this thread that are done well, but most look crazy to me...destroying the lines of the GS. Many of the kits are so gawdy that it draws every ounce of your attention, just staring at the audacity of the kit.

I have found many more GS' in the USA that I like right here in CL, because at least we know when to stop modding.

This one...an almost, but just too much. That front bumper is just gaudy, mostly because of those silver slats below the aftermarket bumper lights (the lights I almost like). Body-colored slats would bring more attention to the cool lights above. Still, too many cut-outs in this kit. And the white-background for the Lexus symbol in the rear, seemingly to go with the white mesh fill-in? That's just trying to hard to be "different".

Headlights looks great though.

Those are some nice rides, but I dont like how they paint the bumpers on that one gs on the car, you have to take the bumper off first and than paint it!
