u guys badly make me want to put that ish on my car... like NOW! lol.... i have the kit just sittin there in the garage, and i wanna take it to the shop =[

 

lol - at least you have a garage...mine is sitting in the middle of the living room. got to move it when i want to sit on the couch. lol.

 

lol hahahaha, tomorrow it comes on, and i'll take pictures, i'm considering painting the side skirts black, since i have 2 rattlecans of black and my project miata was sold a yr ago... drive on this till xmas possibly and take it to a shop later

 

i actually thought about wrapping it with the CF vinyl wrap, but i don't think it would flow that well without wrapping the roof and other bits. so paint is coming hopefully within the next two weeks.

 

I have mine in the shop. I get the front lip tomorrow painted. I can't afford the rest of the kit to get painted now

 

cf vinyl wrap does not look good period. ive seen things wrapped with it and it just looks very cheap.

 

^^ lol. it was just to get the kit on the car in lieu of getting it painted right away. i have seen some new CF wrap that looked pretty good. not going that route though, so no worries. calling the shop today to see if he can get me done by next wednesday.

 

im not painting mine til spring. no point since its about to snow in like a month plus winter is not the ideal time to do paint work.

 

true. just getting mine on to get it over and done with. isn't really cold yet...

 

since you live in md just be sure to keep up on washing it. road salt on fresh paint isnt good. typically takes paint 90 days to fully cure.
