I think since you are in Texas the Michelin PS2 will be your best Choice of tires........But if you want an All-Season Tires you have to go with the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus. I have those on my 20s right now.....and they are the best set of tires that I have ever own so far.......

Found out those are runnin around $200-275 a tire! So let's say i'm trying to be economical, what would be the 2nd best to go with since cost iis a little bit of an issue for me right now....

It depends on whether you need RFTs or not. The following are my recommendations for summer tires, which I make based on extensive research and testing:
For RFT I would get Michelin PS2 ZP (which is what I use and they are awesome)
For non-RFT I would get Bridgestone RE-11 which has both more grip and a better ride than the Michelin PS2.
I don't have any recommendations on all-season tires since I live in South Florida.

Here I am . I like the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S plus. I think they ride very well . They have a 45K mileage guarantee and tread wear rating of 500. They will make a hair more noise at speeds over 80-90. I notice a very slight high pitched noise when at high speeds. Its not an issue for me at all considering my old brand (falken) had a tread wear rating of only 280-300 and would make a terrible whirling sound after maybe 7k on them. If I can get 20k out the set ( I am lowered ) I will be so damn happy

I just got the Bridgestone RE960's installed. The cabin is much quiter and the grip is much better compared to the stockers. I got 'em because of the price ($170 per) and the rebate ($70 for 4 tires).

Since you live in Texas, I'm not sure you need A/S tires.
Also you didn't mention if you want performance or quiet comfort. So I update my recs:
Performance - non RFT - Bridgestone RE-11
Performance RFT - Michelin PS2 ZP
Grand Touring - Bridgestone Serenity

I went with all season tires because thats a good way to get the highest tread wear rating. I just don't want to have to replace them over and over. I have been using Summer tires on dropped cars for the past8 years and I am soooooo tired of replacing tires. I hate stock ride height so I figure I would try a high tread wear rated tire

I certainly would not use summer tires here that are made with rubber compounds that have poor traction in cold temperatures.
The one negative aspect of the Michelin A/S's is that they don't deliver the level of fuel milage that the Michelin GreenX or the OEM Dunlop tires will.
Other than that one drawback, they have awesome traction, paricularly in heavy rain, and a much better ride than the OEM Dunlops.
