Default Navigation on non-navigation gs?

Hello All.

I am really looking to get a 3gs and wanted to know if i were to find a clean one i like, is there any way possible to get navi on a non navi equiped gs without removing the factory info center screen?

Since it already has the info center screen there i was just curious.

Thanks.

Just look for a navi-equipped one. They shouldn't be that scarce.

definitely look for a car with nav to begin with, it's worth the extra

Get a Garmin. By far better and user-friendlier then the Lexus nav.

You can buy a new garmin every year and keep getting upgraded hardware and features along with your maps for the same price that you'd be paying for map update discs. I've never been a fan of built in nav on cars, I find that they date the cars more quickly.

I recommend the Navi but you should get the nav bypass kit from Prestigious society too.

there is a new nav system that is actually new for the 2nd gen IS. Totally looks like oem with more functions.replaces the entire non-nav oem system, looks just like oem. pretty impressive.
I have been following their thread for a few weeks now. interesting. maybe they will eventually come up with one for the GS.
